I had a good 45 minute run this morning around cedar hill golf course. It is an undulating route and I kept the pace steady. I also saw the sunrise on my way back home. On another note, it was my daughter's first day in Grade 1. I was proud of her enthusiasm and her eagerness to get to school. There will be new routines for all of us this year and the next couple of years as we drop her off to school and then help with any additional school related work in the evening. It was an exciting day all around. Tomorrow, I have a 75 minute run scheduled. It will be another early morning run for me before work.
