Past Three


Wednesday, Septmber 9 - 75 min, easy

Thursday, September 10 - 60 min, easy

Friday, September 11 - 32 min

Saturday, September 12 - 2 x 10 mins with 1 min jog - The Running Diva with her Garmin 405 will have all the splits, mileage etc. although we had to scratch our brain to figure out how many intervals we had done. She kept me honest throughout the workout. She is quite fit now and I can't wait to see her results in the RVM 1/2 and beyond. I am slowly working my way back although the hip is starting to act up.

I have a 60 min run scheduled this morning but I couldn't wake up with the birds so it will be a late morning run. My daughter will keep me company by riding her bike.
