I managed to get my run in around Cedar Hill golf course on Tuesday followed by today's 75 min run down Cadboro Bay road. I wound up watching a spectacular sunrise at Willows beach. Mt. Baker showed off its majesty extenuating the beauty of my surroundings and there was a rich colour in the sky. I weaved my way back through UVic and the alumni trail before doing a couple of loops around Henderson Park Golf course. I felt strong throughout apart from a tender hip which may have been aggravated by the distance and undulating terrain. I will be up early again tomorrow morning hoping to catch the first rays of sunlight at Willows.
